A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against GlaxoSmithKline on behalf of consumers, insurers and Employee Welfare Benefit Plans, including some governments, (“third party payors”) who paid for the prescription drug, Paxil® or its generic equivalent, paroxetine.
