Bayer Begins Settling Baycol Cases
Bayer is now settling many of the personal injury lawsuits brought against them for complications caused by their cholesterol-lowering drug called Baycol. Charfoos & Christensen, P.C. filed a class action lawsuit last year for all Michigan residents who were injured by the drug. Bayer’s attorneys are now working with attorney Jason J. Thompson to settle cases in which Baycol users were (1) diagnosed by a doctor with Rhabdomyolysis; and (2) seen in a hospital for at least one day. Additionally, people who also underwent dialysis treatment, or have died, are also able to settle their cases at this time. If you or a person you know meet the above criteria and are not being represented by an attorney, please call Jason J. Thompson at Charfoos & Christensen, P.C., 313-875-8080 immediately for settlement information.
