After 40 years of representing drug product liability,
medical malpractice, airplane crash victims, and individuals with a variety of
other claims Mr. Peters has announced his retirement from the firm Charfoos
Mr. Peters is pleased to have worked with some of the finest
attorney’s in the state of Michigan and is especially proud of his partners at
the firm of Charfoos & Christensen, P.C.
Representation of his current clients will continue under the able hands
of attorney’s Ann Mandt and David Christensen.
Those familiar with Ann Mandt recognize her prior work as a registered
nurse, and a nurse with a master’s degree in nursing prior to becoming an
attorney in the early 1990’s. David W.
Christensen, Mr. Peters senior partner, will work with Ms. Mandt to ensure the
continued excellent representation of Mr. Peters former clients. People familiar with the history of Charfoos
& Christensen are aware that David Christensen is constantly recognized as
one of Best Lawyers in the state of Michigan and in 2010, Mr.
Christensen was recognized as the best plaintiff attorney/trial lawyer in the
state of Michigan.
For decades Mr. Peters has pursued a career as an oil
painter in addition to his work as an attorney, medical legal educator at both
the law school and medical school levels.
Mr. Peters will be available on a consulting basis to his friends and
former partners at Charfoos & Christensen, P.C. on an as need basis to
ensure that there is no break or loss of continuity in the care and legal
representation of Mr. Peters current clients.
